I'm a creative based in Baile Mheiriceá, Co. Galway, on Ireland's west coast.

For the past 12 years, I have been working with flavours and liquids through my company America Village Apothecary. During this time, I’ve also provided consultation services to other brands, concepts and designs.

I’ve come to realise that our planet is more important than products, so have streamlined and simplified the Apothecary, focusing on creating one-off limited offerings. In the past, our goods were available in various outlets across Ireland as well as internationally, such as at Fortnum & Mason in London.

I work on projects and with brands and collectives whose focus is on intuitive design, sustainability and care.
