  • 75ml Palo Cortado Peninsula Sherry
  • 35ml Tonic Syrup
  • 10ml Sparkling Water 
  • 40ml Cremant d'Alsace
  • Wild Rose Tincture
  • 6 Juniper Berries 
  • Dried Apple Ring

Muddle 3 Juniper Berries with Sherry and one cube of ice.

Add Tonic Syrup and water.

Double strain into glass of choice. 

Top up with Cremant and garnish with 1 drop of Wild Rose Tincture, dried apple ring and 3 Juniper Berries.
