- 75ml Palo Cortado Peninsula Sherry
- 35ml Tonic Syrup
- 10ml Sparkling Water
- 40ml Cremant d'Alsace
- Wild Rose Tincture
- 6 Juniper Berries
- Dried Apple Ring
Muddle 3 Juniper Berries with Sherry and one cube of ice.
Add Tonic Syrup and water.
Double strain into glass of choice.
Top up with Cremant and garnish with 1 drop of Wild Rose Tincture, dried apple ring and 3 Juniper Berries.
