SIMPLE KEFIR SMOOTHIE WITH BITTERS

TRY THIS SIMPLE MILK KEFIR SMOOTHIE WITH BITTERS FOR A DOUBLE DOSE OF DIGESTIVE HEALTH AND SLOW RELEASE ENERGY. 

  • PUT HALF A CUP FULL OF PORRIDGE OATS AND 1 TABLESPOON OF CHAI SEEDS INTO A JUG
  • ADD 1 BANANA AND A HANDFUL OF BLACKBERRIES
  • TOP WITH A PINT OF KEFIR MILK AND 3 DASHES OF BITTERS
  • BLEND WELL WITH AN IMMERSION BLENDER
