Space - What does it mean to you, space in your head, a physical space, an infinite area, darkness, brightness, time? 

Without space, we are confined, restricted in movement, ideas, creativity. Space is vital to our wellness and wellbeing.


How we view and interpret space can of course take on a variety of meanings and forms: For a sailor in the middle of the open ocean, it may mean facing the elements, experiencing a lack of physical mobility, whilst being surrounded by expanse. To an artist in a studio, space may represent the freedom to think and allow the mind to be free and inhabit un-familiar spaces. To a dancer it may express the shifting and stirring of spatial energy.

For me space = mobility, ease and mindfulness.
